At Baanira, each of our sarees is handcrafted with care and detail. We take pride in quality and customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory
To request a return or refund, an unboxing video is mandatory.
2. Color & Size Variation
Please note that color or size-related concerns are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Damaged Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly accept a return and issue a refund in the form of store credit.
4. Refund Format
All approved refunds will be processed as store credit only, which can be used for future purchases at www.baanira.com.
5. Custom Orders
Custom-made or altered sarees are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances, as these pieces are made specifically for you.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost and process of shipping the product back to us for returns or exchanges. Please ensure that you include a note with your full name, contact number, and return address inside the package.
7. Product Condition
Returned items must be in their original condition — unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
